Q: Are You Insured?

A: Yes, we are fully insured with $1 million dollars in coverage and also carry a $10,000 dollar liability fund.

Q: How often should we have our home windows cleaned?

A: To keep your windows from becoming built up of dirt, debris, and hard water stains it is recommended to have your windows cleaned at least once to twice a year.

Q: What if our windows have hard water stains?

A: To remove hard water stains, it will add cost to the service; however, we will speak with the homeowner about adding hard water stain removal to their window service before removal.

Q: Do we need to do anything to get ready for our cleaning?

A: To make things easier for your tech, we ask that you move all delicate items away from the windows and if possible remove any easy to reach screens.

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, and credit card.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We service the greater Denver metro area and will also take jobs in some of the surrounding areas. Inquire for more information.

Q: Are you available for weekends?

A: Yes, both Saturday and Sunday. However, they are typically only set by appointment.

Q: How often should we have our gutters serviced?

A: Typically, we service the average home once to twice a year. However, it is recommended to be serviced four times a year depending on the estates' surrounding terrain.

Q: Why do I need to have my gutters cleaned?

A: The purpose of having gutters is to divert the rainwater from your roof away from your home. When the gutters are full of debris or your downspouts become clogged, the gutters do not function properly. This results in the downpour of water, compromising the foundation and integrity of your home or business.

Q: How do you clean our gutters?

A: We clean every gutter by hand, leaving absolutely no mess. All debris is bagged and removed from the property.
